THE MURDER OF LEE PETERS
She didn't stand a chance against these evil, money-hungry vulchures.
These 5 people violated laws, tortured
Lee Peters to death and stole her valuable estate.
THE THEFT OF LEE PETERS' ESTATE
Judge Aviva K. Bobb incarcerated and isolated Lee Peters against her will and then denied Lee access to her free medical fund;
when Lee's loving family filed an exparte motion to order Conservator Labow to have Lee's painful dark purple legs diagnosed and treated,
Judge Aviva K. Bobb said "motion denied" and smiled at Ms. Labow. The Los Angeles County Coroner reported that Lee Peters died
from those painful purple legs "pulmonary emboli, due to deep leg vein thrombosis". Blood clots in Lee's legs traveled to her
lungs and stopped her breathing, causing her death. The coroner reported "She struggled to get her breath for
15 minutes".
The VICTIM - Lee Peters was 88 years old and suffered from Alzheimers disease and neurological blindness. When Lee was
read the letter from John T. Rogers Jr. about a plan to incarcerate her Lee Peters responded "They can't do that to me. I haven't
done anything to anybody". Judge Aviva Bobb and John T. Rogers Jr. violated the law and evicted Lee Peters from her home
of nearly 50 years against her will and placed her in a facility where an investigative attorney appointed by Judge Bobb reported
that Lee Peters was being abused. The LA County Coroner reported that Lee Peters was crying on the morning of her death and
that she died from pulmonary emboli. Conservators appointed by Judge Bobb denied Lee Peters exercise and her previously prescribed
daily aspirin (to prevent clotting). Lee Peters owned a million dollar property they wanted a piece of.
John T. Rogers Jr. was a stranger to Lee Peters but was appointed by the court to protect her interests. Instead he colluded
with criminals who worked against Lee. In violation of California Probate Code 859 and in an act of bad faith Rogers signed
a Stipulation in October 2004 that protected Lee Peters' right to live in her own home, while he awaited the imminent retirement
of Judge Thomas Stoever who had ruled in Lee's favor. Immediately upon Judge Stoever's retirment Rogers breached the Stipulation.
Because of his actions Lee Peters was incarcerated, isolated from her family and denied medical care that the LA County
Coroner reported killed her. Judge Aviva K. Bobb awarded Rogers $75,000. Lee Peters' house had to be sold to pay
his fee.
Frumeh Labow perused Lee Peters' house, looking at Lee, Ms. Labow said "I'll put her somewhere cheap and sell her house".
Frumeh Labow violated Probate Code 2253(g) and the Court's Handbook for Conservators after she was appointed temporary conservator
of Lee Peters by Judge Aviva K. Bobb and she evicted Lee Peters from her home of nearly 50 years, isolated and incarcerated
her. Labow denied Lee life-saving medical care which caused Lee Peters' death. Judge Aviva K. Bobb awarded Labow
and her attorneys $100,000. Lee Peters' house had to be sold to pay their fees.
Nora Hamill violated California Civil Code Section 1575 when she used undue influence to gain Lee Peters' signature on complex
legal documents 18 months after Lee was diagnosed with Alzheimers disease. Hamill appointed herself trustee of The Lee Peters
Trust and stole Lee's life savings, Social Security monies, IRA and million dollar house. She embezzled funds to hire 4
lawyers to work against Lee Peters and her Trust. Hamill committed perjury and used fraudulent documents to become Lee Peters'
co-conservator; she denied Lee medical care and caused her death. Hamill soon sold Lee Peters' valuable home, paid off the lawyers
she had hired and split the rest with her co-conspirator, Kathryn Pruessner Peters.
Kathryn Pruessner Peters was Lee Peters' daughter-in-law from Hell. She conspired with Nora Hamill to steal Lee Peters' house.
She violated California Probate Code 859 and committed elder financial abuse, fraud, perjury, forgery, theft of Lee Peters'
life savings, theft of Lee's Social Security, theft of IRA and Grand Theft Real Estate against her mother-in-law, Lee
Peters. Pruessner perjured herself on her petition for conservatorship and used fraudulent papers to become Lee Peters'
co-conservator; she denied Lee access to her free medical fund; she denied Lee access to diagnosis and treatment of the condition
for which the LA County Coroner reported that Lee Peters died.
She soon sold Lee Peters' house, paid off her lawyers and split the
rest with her co-conspirator, Nora Hamill.
