Hamill and Pruessner stole Lee's property when they signed grantor deeds to themselves and removed Lee's name from the
title of her property. Lee's signature does not appear on the grantor deed. Hamill and Pruessner paid no money for the
million dollar property.

Nora Hamill and Kathryn Pruessner Peters committed fraud, forgery, theft of Social Security, theft

NORA JANE HAMILL was suspended from the Illinois Bar for misconduct before moving to California in the late 1980s, when she met fellow
cult member Michael Peters at the PRANA (Purple Rose Ashram) cult. Michael Peters is Lee Peters' youngest son.

Peters took an immediate dislike to Nora Hamill when introduced to her by her son but tolerated Ms. Hamill for her sons sake.
January
1997 Lee was diagnosed with Alzheimers disease and neurological blindness.
May 1997 Hamill and Michael Peters took Lee to an event
in Mexico. When they returned they were angry and intolerant of Lee for her demented behavior.
June 1997 Lee scored 16/30 in
the Folstein Mini Mental State Exam, showing significant mental impairment. The report stated, "Do not leave alone".

Nora Hamill and Michael Peters use conning, trickery and lying to gain Lee's signature on complex legal documents that created a trust
in Lee Peters' name; that voided Lee's will and created a new will; that created a power of attorney for asset management and nomination
of conservator. These documents empowered Nora Hamill and Kathryn Pruessner Peters, 2 women Lee Peters disliked.
TAX LIENS
Nora
Hamill stole many thousands of dollars from Lee Peters' life savings under the guise of the Lee Peters Trust for herself and
for her "boyfriend", Michael Peters.
Both Hamill and Michael Peters had tax liens against them. Hamills in the amount of
$100,000 and Michael Peters in the amount of $50,000.
NORA HAMILL SUED HER OWN SIBLINGS OVER HER MOTHER'S ESTATE
When Hamill's
mother, Dotty, passed away in 2002, she disinherited Nora, who subsequently sued her siblings over her mother's estate.
Nora
Hamill is a compulsive liar and has huge greed for other peoples money yet is careless and irresponsible in the handling of her
own finances.
THEFT
Unable to live within her own income, Nora Hamill stole many thousands of dollars from Lee Peters' life
savings under the guise of the Lee Peters Trust, which Hamill and her attorney had created after Lee Peters was diagnosed with dementia.
Hamill
has now been granted Power of Attorney over someone else who owns a 5 bed, 6 bath, 5208 sq. ft. house on Manhattan Beach with
a value of $1.8 million. Nora Hamill will commit crimes against this person for money.
Judge Aviva K. Bobb had the opportunity
to stop and punish Nora Hamill, instead she rewarded Hamill's criminal activity by awarded her Lee Peters' $1 million house.
HAMILL IS ABOUT TO STEAL AGAIN. Will she kill again too?
Nora Hamill and Kathryn Pruessner Peters falsely claim that Lee Peters asked them to be her trustees, yet Lee Peters' friends and
family are adamant that she never did.
Lee Peters never liked Nora Hamill and kept her relationship with Kathryn Pruessner
Peters at a distance after Lee's daughter, Karen died in 1982. In fact Lee was often heard mocking her daughter-in-law
and in her 1989 Will she disinherited Kathryn's husband Stephen.
Lee's grandchildren have written. "In her right mind she
[Lee] would have never signed over her money to Nora or Kathy who she has never been close to. ... Nora Hamill went to
my grandmother at the beginning stages of her dementia and had Lee sign over as executor to Nora Hamill. A woman no one in the
family was comfortable with, including my grandmother ... I think Nora Hamill should pay back every cent she
has taken from my grandmother's life savings. I do not know how this woman came to be in charge of my grandmother's money.
She is not a family member. I believe Nora is a thief. I ask the court to revoke her privileges as trustee of the Lee
Peters Trust."
KATHRYN PRUESSNER PETERS (Missouri Bar 64106) is the daughter of a deceased Church Minister, who would be ashamed and horrified
to know that his daughter is a cold-hearted killer and that she has murdered her husband's mother for money.
In open court in
October 2006 Kathryn Pruessner stated that she wanted to retire early but she didn't have enough money for early retirement without
taking her mother-in-law's house.
Kathryn's husband, Stephen had rarely worked since their 1978 marriage, preferring to
live off his wife.
In 1982 when Lee had visited her son Stephen and his wife, Kathryn Pruessner, to ask them to raise
orphaned Justin, Kathryn made Lee unwelcome by serving her one artichoke for dinner. Lee later found Kathryn stuffing her
face with icecream in the kitchen. Soon afterwards, Lee wrote a Will and disinherited her oldest son, Stephen. Lee made
it clear in her Will that none of her sons partners would inherit any of her estate.
Crimes committed by Nora Hamill and Kathryn Pruessner Peters against blind, Alzheimers sufferer, Lee Peters
July 1997 - Fraud
and Elder Abuse
On the day Lee's husband of 28 years is separating from her Nora Hamill uses trickery to gain Lee's signature on complex
legal documents. Lee was diagnosed with Alzheimers disease and neurological blindness 18 months earlier. Medical records
show that Lee Peters lacked capacity to conduct estate planning.
Nora Hamill illegally "voided" the only signed copy of Lee's
last Will, in which Lee left her entire estate equally between her 2 younger sons, Casey and Michael and named her husband, Jack as
executor and Casey as alternate. Michael Peters went to Lee's house, stole her Will and passed it onto Nora Hamill.
Nora
Hamill and her lawyer created a trust in Lee Peters' name and a power of attorney for asset management, in which she empowered herself
and Kathryn Pruessner Peters (2 women Lee Peters disliked when she was of sound mind).
1997 - 2005 - Elder Abuse, Theft and Embezzlement
A
March 2005 accounting ordered by the court revealed that the self-appointed trustees had stolen many thousands of dollars from Lee
Peters' life savings by way of the fraudulent Lee Peters Trust.
April, 2004 - Forgery and Theft of IRA
Hamill and Pruessner used
forgery on a check in the amount of $10,000 to steal from Lee Peters' IRA. They used the funds to pay their lawyers in their
fight against Lee Peters.
April 23, 2004 - Elder Abuse and Threatened Eviction
Nora Hamill and Kathryn Pruessner pounded on Lee
Peters' front door, yelling at her to get out and falsely claiming ownership of her house. When Lee refused to open the door
to them, they turned the water supply off to the house. Both the LAPD and the Santa Monica Police Department told Hamill and
Pruessner not to return to Lee Peters' house with threats of eviction.
May, June, July 2004 - Elder Abuse and Theft of Social
Security
Hamill and Pruessner withheld Lee Peters' social security benefits in their attempt of starving Lee from her home. When
Hamill attempted to become Lee's "Social Security Representative Payee" and Lee objected, the Social Security Officer rejected Hamill's
application and instead, awarded the funds to Casey Peters because he was the person caring for Lee, and Nora Hamill was not.
August
2004 - Grand Theft Real Estate
Lee Peters signed notorized letters addressed to Nora Hamill and Kathryn Pruessner Peters, before independent
witnesses, that dismissed Hamill and Pruessner as trustees of the Lee Peters Trust.
In response Hamill and Pruessner removed Lee Peters'
name from the title of her house. They signed a grantor deed to themselves and paid no money for the million dollar house.
Lee Peters' signature does not appear on the grantor deed.
April 2006 - Fraud and Perjury
On April 27, 2006 Hamill and Pruessner
were appointed co-conservators of Lee Peters. Neither had any conservatorship experience or any experience caring for a blind
senior with memory loss. Both had used fraudulent papers and perjury to support their petition for conservatorship. Both
had a financial interest in the death of Lee Peters.
April to December 2006 - Elder Abuse, False Imprisonment, Loss of Companionship
Throughout
the Hamill/Pruessner conservatorship, Lee Peters was held in the facility where it had been reported she was abused my the attendants.
Lee was held against her will and banned from ever leaving the facility except for hospitalization.
Hamill and Pruessner placed a "do
not rescusitate" order on Lee Peters file when she was hospitalized for internal bleeding due to overmedications. When
Casey Peters questioned the order, the doctor said they would ignore it. Hamill and Pruessner attempted to blame Casey and Marilyn
Peters for Lee's hospitalization, because they had given Lee broccoli and carrots for dinner the night before.

- DID CO-CONSERVATORS NORA HAMILL AND KATHRYN PRUESSNER PETERS MURDER LEE PETERS FOR HER MILLION DOLLAR ESTATE?
As co-conservators,
Hamill and Pruessner denied Lee Peters vital medical care. Their lawyer wrote to Casey Peters telling him that Lee would receive
no medical care until he moved out of Lee's house and handed it to the co-conservators. Lee Peters was fully vested in the Motion
Picture and Television Fund Medical Fund which meant that Lee's MEDICAL CARE WAS FREE FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE. Hamill
and Pruessner refused to allow Lee Peters' painful dark purple legs be diagnosed and treated. An autopsy conducted by the Los
Angeles County Coroner revealed that Lee Peters died from "pulmonary emboli, due to deep leg thrombosis". Lee's
painful dark purple legs were due to blood clots. Hamill and Pruessner had denied Lee's previously prescribed daily half
aspirin to prevent clotting. The clots travelled to Lee's lungs and stopped her breathing. Lee Peters suffered a painfully
lonely and preventable death at the hands of Nora Jane Hamill and Kathryn Pruessner Peters.
August, 2007 - Grand Theft Real Estate
Soon
after Lee Peters' death Hamill and Pruessner sold Lee's house for $942,000 in August 2007, and have failed to distribute
the funds to the true heirs of Lee Peters. Nora Hamill has not paid her Attorney dues with the Illinois Bar since 2007.
Whose money is Nora Hamill living on?
